    Before you order fresh oysters Gillardeau, please read the following text.

    If you order from us by 2 p.m. on Thursday (payment provided), we can consider your needs for the following week.

    Oysters are taken fresh from the sea on Mondays and then delivered to Germany by express. We will then receive them on Tuesday, so we can send them to you from Wednesday.

    The specified date as the shelf life corresponds to the catch date.

    The latest delivery day of the week is then Friday by UPS Express.

    We try to always get all the oysters we need, but the manufacturer / breeder may find that not everything we have ordered is actually delivered.
