Our fine spirits embody craftsmanship at the highest level. To date they are made according to the traditional double firing process by our experienced distillers. We work throughout Europe with selected growers and cone pickers. They provide us with the finest fruit that you could buy in this quality in any market. THE DISTILLATION OF ZIEGLER

The whiskey is distilled twice. First, the wort is brought into the raw spirit kettle and distilled there for the first time. This so-called raw spirit contains relatively little alcohol and undesirable by-products. This raw spirit now goes into the fine spirit kettle and is distilled there for the second time. Here, the pre- and post-runs are separated from the core in a sensory manner in order to obtain the desired quality and aroma. Pre- and post-carriage are not reused. The fine spirit obtained in this way can now be stored in wooden barrels.

GIN BY ZIEGLER

When our three distillers Pascal Marre, Max Kirchner and Paul Maier, together with Marius Hoh, bartender and trained distiller, sat together one night in the Shakes and Beer Bar in Wertheim, the idea was born. The three distillers implemented their vision consistently and ambitiously. Not without first analyzing the gin market, discussing it with friends and colleagues and, of course, endless gin and gin and tonic tastings. They were supported by the well-known Munich bartender Andreas Till.

And now the time has come: G = in3 is here! A classic, smooth gin that can be mixed with many tonics.

Sensor technology:
Fresh scent of juniper, which is supported by the complexity of the exquisite botanicals. Soft, delicately spicy with the freshness of lemon zest, the juniper flexes its muscles on the palate.
