  • Grilled salsiccia with cannellini bean salad

    INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
    4 Salsicce al Rosmarino
    1 jar of cannellini beans
    2 tbsp caper apples
    1 small red onion
    150g tomatoes
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar, basil, salt and pepper

    PREPARATION
    Drain the beans and rinse with cold water. Peel the onion and cut it into fine strips. Wash and quarter the tomatoes, wash the basil and cut into strips. Mix the beans with the onion, tomatoes, basil and stemmed capers. Season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and black pepper. Allow to steep as desired. Heat the grill to approx. 200 degrees, prick the salsicce several times with a fork and grill until golden brown on all sides. Serve with bean salad.
