The iSi system

In an iSi device, soluble gas (usually nitrous oxide N2O in iSi cream capsules) is dissolved under pressure in the liquid to be frothed. Due to the pressure in the siphon, the liquid can be removed through the grommet, the dissolved gas expands and the liquid foams up - a delicious espuma is created!
The iSi devices are technically perfected and suitable for the preparation of espuma, finger food, hot and cold sauces, whipped cream soups, whipped cream and desserts. Furthermore, the bottle body and head are made of high quality stainless steel, perfectly matched for professional use in gourmet kitchens worldwide.

Their technical subtleties are therefore perfectly matched. This functional completion is permanently checked by safety-related tests and quality checks. For a perfect function of the iSi devices we can only guarantee, therefore, if only iSi capsules are used!
Do not combine iSi device parts with third-party products. We can not guarantee for these. iSi heads are marked on the head and on the capsule holder, iSi bottle bodies on the bottom with iSi. If you take this into consideration, nothing stands in the way of a perfect culinary end result.
