    Tartufo chocolates from Piedmont / Italy

    Our traditional sweets truffle line comes from an original recipe from the Langhe region (Piedmont / Italy).
    The shape of these chocolates is reminiscent of the real fresh truffles, and was named Sweet Truffles.
    In 2005 the Tartuflanghe Chocolate Studio was built and in 2007 Tartuflanghe was the first company to produce the traditional truffle pralines in 14g and 7g mini.
    The heroine of this truffle praline, the Piedmont IGP hazelnut, traditionally collected, selected and controlled by hand. The Tonda Gentile is cultivated on the hills of the Langhe, and with its characteristic flavor and unmistakable aroma, the best hazelnut in the world.
