Belvoir Farm

Belvoir Farm is set deep in the Leicestershire countryside, tucked away between the wild hedges and unruly bushes of the Vale of Belvoir. Our great team of gourmets and thinkers, tasters and sellers, pickers and packers is here - working with nature to create our range of premium soft drinks.
Our first bottle of Belvoir elderflower liqueur was also made in Vale - almost 40 years ago in the farm kitchen of our owner Peverel Manners.
Wild elder blossoms poured into Pev`s family garden and together they turned it into something hearty. Selling to local farm shops was a simple business idea that took hold and grew - we still use the original recipe for elderflower liqueur to this day.
In the meantime, our premium range of soft drinks has developed, including liqueurs - to be diluted - and slightly sparkling, which are ready-to-drink. Each is made from simple ingredients - natural fruits, hand-picked flowers, fresh juices and spices - with all of the subtle and sublime flavors of nature.

Bodegas Sanviver reinvents sangria. Handcrafted from the best grapes, Valencian oranges, juicy lemons from the Mediterranean and a variety of herbs and selected spices. Different combinations that allow us to present three unique ranges that surprise both with their taste and their innovative presentation.
