In the in-house delicatessen manufactory we produce entirely by hand pickled and boiled delicacies such as vinegar fruits, chutneys, pesto, roasters, jams etc.
But only the best ingredients nature are used, namely fruit and vegetables from the region, fresh from the tree or field. Pickled or recognized are the fruits to Finks at the time of optimum ripeness, and all without artificial preservatives, flavoring and coloring agents.
Only then can the pure taste of nature preserve!

Completely handmade
What began as a small project about 10 years ago, today is one of the most successful delicacy Factories in Austria. But even if production levels have changed in recent years, the way we work has remained the same. With passion and tact in dealing with food the fruits and vegetables brought into the glasses. The fruits are mainly peeled by hand, cleaned, rubbed, pitted and sliced. But even at canning, bottling, labeling and packaging is still applied to Finks much hand.
Because Finchs delicacies stands for quality, and this is achieved only with the best ingredients and great commitment.

Finchs delicacies are manufactured according to the best recipes of Bettina and Hans Peter Fink. Again and again the two work on new creations and creative recipes to repeatedly impress with new tasty compositions.
