A large team from the areas of purchasing, product development, operations, quality assurance and information technology is working on this goal. We start with the strict selection of suppliers and dealers. The excellent quality of our raw materials is based on many years of collaboration with our suppliers, combined with careful control right down to the country of origin of the spices. The traceability of our raw materials is just as important to us as a responsible purchasing policy.
All manufacturing processes for our spices and spice mixtures, ketchups and sauces, marinades and many other products go through the strict controls of our quality management system.
