The story of Alpe Magna begins in 1953, when Mario Simonetto, after a long apprenticeship as a butcher in numerous shops, opened his first butcher shop in Castelnuovo in Trentino. After decades of intensive work, the structure was expanded with the construction of a laboratory for the production of typical meat and sausage products and a new department for the preparation of gastronomic excellence. The experience and passion passed on make Simonetto Carni an unmistakable quality brand in a short time. In 2014 the company was awarded Bottega Storica Trentina, proof of the company`s great socio-cultural value. A few years later, a new great adventure was born with Andrea and Davide: that of Alpe Magna.

Alpe Magna - Hochgebirgsgute is the new collection of sauces and sauces from the culinary tradition of Trentino and Italy. The idea was born from the desire to package all the gastronomic knowledge accumulated over more than 65 years of history in comfortable and elegant preserving jars, interpreting typical Trentino and Italian recipes in a modern way.
Thanks to the Simonetto family`s experience in selecting the best raw materials, Alpe Magna brings to the table every day the taste excellences of Trentino and Italy, which have all the flavor of the good things of the past, made as they once were with help state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques.
