Italy best sparkling wine comes from a small, sun-drenched area on Lake diseo. Once a sleepy corner, between the cities of Milan and Venice, the Franciacortagebiet was the sparkling wine pioneers Guido Berlucchi and Emanuela Barboglio the first port of Italy, when it comes to Bollicine. Since 1968, the DOC zone exists, since there is a steep uphill with very elegant Spumanti of Franciacorta.
