Our relationship with Fondo Antico started with a flirtation with the Grillo Parlante in a fish restaurant near the train station of Trapani. After lunch we had to get to know the Cantina and could pick us up for good reasons - we wanted to still taste more wines. In addition to the ultra-modern winemaking technology, which is essential in the sweltering heat of the Sicilian West, we got a family winery know, highly professional Sicilian autochthonous vines are vinified in with great passion.
