Order and delivery times for Christmas and New Year`s Eve

  • Orders for Christmas
  • Orders placed by 2 p.m. (Wednesday) on December 18, 2024 with successful payment can still be processed and shipped by us.

    UPS shipments (chilled and frozen products) can be delivered until Friday, December 20, 2024.
    DHL shipments (unrefrigerated products) can be delivered until Tuesday, December 24, 2024.
  • Orders for New Year`s Eve
  • Orders (unrefrigerated) that were placed with successful payment by December 26, 2024 at 2 p.m. (Thursday) can still be processed and shipped by us as normal.

    UPS shipments (chilled and frozen products) can be delivered until Friday, December 20, 2024.
    DHL shipments (unrefrigerated products) can be delivered until Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

    Since there is an increased volume of parcels from transport companies at Christmas and New Year`s Eve, your parcel may take 1-2 days longer to travel using standard shipping.

    If you order your Christmas and New Year`s Eve products at the beginning of December, you will help us distribute the parcel volume.


    For caviar and livers, we ask you to order them at the beginning of December. Caviar has a shelf life that lasts until at least January next year.
    Fresh livers will be delivered from week 50/51. So the earlier you order your liver/caviar, the better we can plan for this.
